What MATT is
MATT is a career intelligence platform operated by Metropulos LLC. The free tier provides an AI-generated assessment of your career profile and ranked role recommendations. Paid tiers add ongoing AI tooling, direct access to Matt Metropulos for coaching, and concierge representation. MATT is not a recruiter, not a job board, and not an employment agency.
Candidate-side only
MATT represents the candidate. We do not represent any employer, accept payment from any employer for placement, or share your data with employers without your per-instance consent. When you request that Matt facilitate an application, Matt acts as your authorized agent for that specific outreach.
Not a substitute for licensed advice
The assessment, the rankings, and any coaching content are career strategy. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or therapy. Where your situation calls for any of those professionals, we will tell you and you should consult one.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation is one click from your account settings; we do not require a phone call or an email exchange. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the paid period.
Guarantees
The 90-day-or-30-days-free guarantee on the AI + Matt tier and the 60-day-interview-stage-or-full-refund guarantee on the Concierge program are operational obligations. When a trigger condition is met, we issue the refund or extension automatically. The full terms of the Concierge guarantee, including forfeiture conditions, appear in the Concierge program agreement you sign before billing begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during the assessment. You agree not to misrepresent your background, your work authorization, or your professional history. You agree not to use the platform to harass or deceive employers we introduce you to.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will get an offer, that any specific role will be available, or that any specific outcome will follow from the assessment. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
Georgia, USA law governs. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. No class actions.
