Free tier

The free tier is free. There is nothing to refund.

AI Career Partner, $29 per month

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that period and are not charged again. The seven-day free trial does not bill if cancelled before it ends. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

AI plus Matt, $299 per month

90-day guarantee. If you have not received an offer for a role you applied to within 90 days of starting this tier, your next 30 days are free. The credit is applied automatically when the trigger fires. This guarantee assumes you have completed the assessment, attended your weekly calls, responded to Matt's curated opportunities, and acted on his guidance within the cadence we set together at kickoff.

Concierge, $2,500 per 90 days

60-day interview-stage guarantee. If by day 60 of your engagement you have not reached the interview stage with at least one of the target companies Matt contacted on your behalf, you receive a full refund of the $2,500 program fee within 5 business days. The full conditions and forfeiture clauses appear in the Concierge Program Terms of Service that you sign before billing begins.

Pro-rated cancellation. Cancellation before day 30 returns 50% of the fee. Cancellation between day 30 and day 60 returns 25%. After day 60 the engagement runs out the clock; any post-engagement support is at our discretion.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, processed by Stripe. Expect them to land within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a guarantee trigger fires, we issue the refund automatically. You do not need to request it or argue for it.

Disputes

If you believe a refund is owed that has not been issued, email matt@metropulos.co with your account phone number and a description of the situation. We resolve disputes directly. We do not require chargebacks.
