What we collect
During the assessment we collect: your first name, current role, optimization goals, experience range, next-move intent, your phone number (used as your sign-in), and the cities you would consider working in. If you upload a resume, we receive the file contents. If you describe roles in conversation, we receive what you type.
How we use it
We use your inputs to produce the methodology assessment you see on the dashboard, to rank job recommendations from third-party listings, and to give Matt the context he needs when he facilitates an application or coaches you on a paid tier. Your phone number is used for sign-in and for outreach related to your account.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with employers without your per-instance consent. When you request that Matt facilitate an application, we share your name, contact, and the role with Matt only. Our processors (Anthropic for the AI assessment, Adzuna for job market data, Vercel for hosting, Ayo! for SMS) receive only the minimum necessary inputs.
Your rights
You can export every record we hold about you in human-readable form, and you can delete it. Deletion is real, not a soft-delete, except where we are required to retain a record by law or for a guarantee-trigger audit. Email matt@metropulos.co to make a request.
Cookies
We use a small set of cookies and similar storage for the site to function: a session marker, your assessment state, and a flag that records whether you acknowledged the cookie notice. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will not retroactively expand how we use data you have already given us.
